These Terms & Conditions apply to the sale of photographic prints through this website, operated by Tony Mulvenna Photography.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All prints sold are based on original photographic works by Tony Mulvenna Photography.

• Images shown on the website are for illustration purposes
   
• Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration
   
• Prints are sold unframed, unless otherwise stated
   

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email
   
• Orders are considered accepted once payment has been processed
   

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary (for example, due to pricing errors or stock issues).

• All prices are listed in [GBP] unless stated otherwise
   
• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed
   
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal)
   

We do not store full payment details.

• Prints are produced to order
   
• Production times may vary depending on size and format
   
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only
   

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers.

As prints are produced to order, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your print arrives damaged:

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
   
• Include photographs of the damage
   
• We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate
   

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

All images remain the copyright of Tony Mulvenna Photography.

Purchasing a print does not grant permission to:

• Reproduce the image
   
• Distribute copies
   
• Use the image commercially
   

Prints are sold for personal display only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Some prints may feature artistic nudity and are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

By purchasing such prints, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We will not be liable for:

• Minor variations in print appearance
   
• Delays outside our reasonable control
   
• Indirect or consequential losses
   

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
